Lunch Information 

Lunch can be ordered through our PTO

Deerfield does not have a cafeteria; each day, parents must provide lunch for their children. To assist parents in this daily routine, the PTO offers a lunch program through Simply Gourmet, as a fundraiser for our school. Lunch can be purchased each day of the week.  The program is organized and staffed by parent volunteers.

Arrival/dismissal Procedures And Reminders

School begins at 8:35 a.m. and ends at 3:00 p.m. Students should not be on school grounds before 8:25 a.m. each day.

If your child is going to be absent from school, please contact the main office.

Student Placement Profile Form

We will soon begin planning for class placement for the next academic year. We

know that many of you value the opportunity to give us information about your child as

a learner. In creating class lists we will consider the input that you provide about your

child.

This form provides you with a place to share specific information that will assist us in

making a class placement for your child. All information to be considered must be

submitted on this form. Please use the back if additional space is needed.

Important Note: To maintain balanced classrooms, we cannot accept individual teacher

requests. Any form requesting a teacher by name or gender will be returned.
