Nineteen Millburn High School band students were selected to perform in the 2026 NJSMA All–North Jersey Region Band Concert this past weekend, joining top student musicians from across the region for this prestigious honor. The concert, held at Parsippany Hills High School, featured standout performers in both the Wind Ensemble and Symphonic Band.

Arnav Agarwal, Richard Chen, Richard Cheng, Jamie DeRosa, Raoul Dosanj-Mikkelsen, Gia Goswami, William Jiang, Dongeun Kim, Justin Lambert, Justin Liu, Isaac Ma, Mahan Malhotra, Hayden Moon, Chason Lee, Eshaan Patwardhan, Benjamin Qin, Ellis She, Lilian Schwartz, Jason Yu, and Jesse Yu.
This year’s performance was especially meaningful as Millburn’s own Mr. Matthew Spatz conducted the Symphonic Band, with Greg Mulford and Anthony Fabrizio serving as ensemble managers — a wonderful celebration of talent, dedication, and the strength of our music program.
